Day 3 Vancouver - Kelowna - VernonToday, embark on a memorable journey eastward, leaving behind the coastal charm of the Pacific as you travel through diverse and breathtaking landscapes. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the changing scenery as you make your way toward British Columbia’s picturesque Okanagan Valley.
Nestled in the heart of south-central BC, the Okanagan is renowned for its sun-soaked orchards, rolling vineyards, and sparkling lakes. Along the way, enjoy a delightful stop at a local winery, where you’ll sample regional wines and learn about the valley’s rich winemaking heritage.
In the late afternoon, you’ll arrive in Vernon, a charming lakeside town where you’ll settle in for a peaceful overnight stay. Though it’s a full day of travel, every mile brings a new view and a deeper appreciation for the beauty of British Columbia.

Day 6 Calgary - EdmontonToday, we travel north toward Alberta’s capital, Edmonton, with a stop in the charming city of Red Deer. Originally located upstream, the town shifted to its current location with the arrival of the Calgary and Edmonton Railway.
Enjoy lunch on your own and, if you wish, an optional visit to the Red Deer Museum and Art Gallery (free admission), featuring an impressive collection of Indigenous art from Inuit, Anishinaabe, Cree, and Blackfoot artists.
In the early afternoon, we arrive in Edmonton for a guided city tour. Jasper National Park offers a vast panorama of towering mountains, ancient glaciers, vibrant wildflower meadows, and crystal-clear lakes. Upon arrival, we’ll enjoy a brief orientation tour, including a stop in Jasper’s charming downtown and visits to the serene Patricia Lake and Pyramid Lake.

Along the way, we’ll make a memorable stop at Wells Gray Provincial Park, a hidden gem known for its dramatic waterfalls and sweeping vistas. We’ll drive the main park road, with stops at several easily accessible natural highlights including Helmcken Falls, Spahat Falls, Moul Falls, Osprey Falls, and the panoramic Green Mountain Tower Lookout.
As the day winds down, we arrive in the welcoming city of Kamloops, ready to relax and reflect on a day full of stunning landscapes and natural wonders.
Meals included: None
Day 9 Kamloops - Vancouver This morning, we leave behind the dusty ranchlands of British Columbia’s “cowboy country” and follow the dramatic path of the Thompson and Fraser Rivers, where the road winds through steep canyons, clinging to rocky walls above churning waters.
As we near the Pacific Coast, the rugged terrain gives way to a lush, fertile valley, framed by distant mountains and dotted with farms and orchards. Our journey ends in the vibrant coastal city of Vancouver, where urban energy meets natural beauty, all set against the stunning backdrop of the Coastal Mountains.
